Rückgabe- und Erstattungsrichtlinie

Da es sich bei unseren Produkten ausschließlich um digitale Downloads (PDF-Guides) handelt, gelten folgende Bedingungen:

Kein Widerrufsrecht bei digitalen Inhalten Gemäß § 22 des norwegischen Verbraucherrechtsgesetzes (Angrerettloven) sowie der EU-Verbraucherrechterichtlinie erlischt das Widerrufsrecht bei digitalen Inhalten, sobald der Download begonnen hat und du ausdrücklich zugestimmt hast, dass du damit dein Widerrufsrecht verlierst. Diese Zustimmung wird beim Kauf eingeholt.

Ausnahmen Sollte ein technischer Fehler vorliegen (z. B. Datei nicht herunterladbar, beschädigte Datei), wende dich bitte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach dem Kauf an uns. Wir lösen das Problem umgehend oder prüfen eine Erstattung.

Return and Refund Policy

All our products are digital downloads (PDF guides). The following conditions apply:

No right of withdrawal for digital content In accordance with Section 22 of the Norwegian Consumer Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal expires for digital content once the download has started and you have explicitly agreed to waive this right. Your consent is obtained at the time of purchase.

Exceptions If a technical issue occurs (e.g. file not downloadable, corrupted file), please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will resolve the issue promptly or consider a refund.

Unntak Dersom det oppstår en teknisk feil (f.eks. filen kan ikke lastes ned, ødelagt fil), vennligst kontakt oss innen 14 dager etter kjøpet. Vi løser problemet umiddelbart eller vurderer refusjon.
